The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) requires valid parking permits, purchased pay-to-park time, or authorization from Parking and Transit Services to park on campus.
Valid permits are virtual at UNO, based on the license plate state and number and the vehicle description, and are required on standard enforcement and valid-permit parking days. See the Parking Enforcement Schedule for days when permits are not required, commonly referred to as “open-parking”.
Valid permits have restrictions between the hours of 7 A.M. - 2:30 P.M. for faculty, staff, and commuter students, and between 7 A.M. - 5 P.M. for resident students.
