The Scott Scholars Difference

The Scott Scholars Program, the University of Nebraska system’s premier STEM scholarship, offers a fully funded undergraduate experience, covering tuition, room and board, and whole-person learning opportunities. More than a scholarship, it’s a vibrant living-learning community where rigorous academics are paired with growth in creativity, civic engagement, leadership, and wellness. Scholars gain dedicated mentors, professional networks, and community partnerships that fuel success and innovation. At its core, the program is about connection. Students live and learn together, build lasting relationships, and join a lifelong network that champions leadership, collaboration, and growth.
