Biography
Jennifer Swartzendruber provides administrative and project support to the Office of Academic Affairs by carrying out tasks and processes associated with faculty. Jennifer supports the administration of campus-wide processes related to faculty recruitment, faculty appointments across career phases, and faculty evaluation and advancement opportunities. She is involved in faculty-related process workflow development and enhancement, and both communicates and collaborates regularly with campus partners. Jennifer also oversees the collection, documentation, filing, and updating of faculty credentials per Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and federal guidelines; assists with reports, correspondence, and projects in the office; and supports engagement with American Association of University Professors (AAUP).
