The STEM Strategic Plan is the product of fifty-six faculty members, department heads, administrators, students, and community partners. Together, we outlined 4 strategic priorities that will guide action for the next 5 years across the diverse STEM academic units on our campus.

- Priority 2: Expand interdisciplinary STEM research and infrastructure.
- Priority 3: Maximize local and regional STEM networks to increase economic energy.
- Priority 4: Effectively measure and message campus and community STEM impacts.

In collaboration with CAS, CEHHS, and CIST, the UNO STEM TRAIL Center operationalizes and collects success metrics for the STEM Strategic Plan.
