New Cadet Orientation Day

Spring Semester 2025 - TBD

University of Nebraska at Omaha, Arts & Science Hall, Room 438

Air Force ROTC Detachment 470 invites all incoming cadets, parents, guardians, and spouses to New Cadet Orientation. At this orientation you will complete the required paperwork and receive critical information for your first few weeks as a new cadet. This is required training for incoming cadets if you are unable to attend orientation due to personal matters or schedule conflicts, please still complete the form below and respond as applicable.

Orientation Will Include:

  • Administrative Paperwork
  • Uniform Fitting
  • Commander's Call
  • Question & Answer session with current cadets and cadre
  • Detachment 470 Tour & Lunch!

Prerequisites:

  • RSVP for New Cadet Orientation Day (link will be provided late 2024)
  • Complete Inbound Cadet Guide

Additional Information:

  • Park in the East Parking Garage on the top level (free parking on Fridays)
  • Detachment 470 is located by the entrance to the East Parking Garage
  • Volunteers will be available to help guide you to the correct location
