Bio
Lisa Vrtiska retired from the United States Navy in August 2022 after 24 years of service. She has served in a myriad of assignments, notably to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, for the Office for the Administrative Review of the Detention of Enemy Combatants. Then deploying onboard USS JOHN C. STENNIS (CVN 74) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, and at U.S. Strategic Command. Lisa is entitled to wear multiple medals/ribbons and warfare devices.Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology-Criminology from Kansas State University
- Paralegal Certificate and was awarded the Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX) for high scholastic achievement from Roger Williams University
- Master Training Specialist from the United States Navy
- Graduated from the United States Navy Senior Enlisted Academy with Honors
- Paralegal Certificate from the United Services Military Apprenticeship Program within the Department of Labor
