Rachael was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2022, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She began her professional career in healthcare staffing. Rachael joined the HCRC team in December of 2024 as the Communications Coordinator. 

Rachael's hobbies include spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, musical theatre, reading, and watching new TV shows. 

Gallup Strengths: Developer, Belief, Achiever, Positivity and Empathy. 

MBTI: ENFJ-T
