Scholly is a scholarship web and app search platform that makes custom recommendations for scholarships by matching students to scholarships based on their unique backgrounds and accomplishments.
NASP scholarships
The NASP-ERT Minority Scholarship Program (NASP-ERT MSP) supports the graduate training of minority students pursuing careers in school psychology. The program seeks to lower financial barriers to training and to highlight the accomplishments of promising future professionals. The Program annually awards scholarships of $5,000 each to selected scholars.
NASP Scholarship Past Recipients
2023 Bianca Ruiz is a bilingual Latina first-year school psychology graduate student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. With her public health background, she is committed to helping the community feel empowered and essential within the school systems. She strongly believes in working with the community and not for them, emphasizing that the community should lead the work and that their voices matter. She strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for students and adults. |
2020 Keshia Greve graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following graduation, she served as a Teach for America corps member in Oklahoma City, where she taught middle and high school math. She continued on as an educator in Kansas City, MO as a math teacher and instructional coach, before becoming a Program Coordinator at College Possible. Keshia is currently pursuing her Master of Science & Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She hopes to bring her experience and passion for education and working with students from low-income backgrounds into her role as a school psychologist.2023 |
2019 Maria C. Jimenez is pursuing her Master of Science/Education Specialist degree in School Psychology at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO). Maria also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from UNO, where she graduated Cum Laude and majored in Psychology with a concentration in School Psychology. Maria is a first-generation college student who aspires to promote a college education to other minority students. She hopes to use her bilingual skills to build relationships in the community and be an advocate for the families that need it the most. |
