CBA Faculty/Staff Computer Technology and Software
University computers are subject to the University of Nebraska Executive Memorandum No. 16 policy for Responsible Use of University Computers and Information System. This policy includes the statement that "Every user is responsible for the integrity of these information resources."
All individuals in the UNO College of Business Administration are required to perform regular basic tasks to maintain the functionality and security of the computers they are assigned. These tasks are reviewed in the following one-page documents:
Apple Computers laptops and Desktop
Computers come loaded with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, OneDrive), standard web browsers, Zoom and standard general security and support tools.
Individuals can install some other standard applications be opening up the program Software Center (Windows PCs) or Self Service (Apple Computers). To inquire/request special software send an email to unocbatech@unomaha.edu

Echo360 Classroom Recording
UNO CBA has video/audio recording enabled for all classrooms in Mammel Hall. Faculty teaching College of Business Administration classes in Mammel Hall can request via the Echo360 Classroom Recording request form to have their upcoming semester class(es) recorded and also published to Canvas.
The Echo360 system will then record the video and audio in the classroom during the scheduled class dates and times. The system also records the computer screen that is selected on the control panel in the room that has the "Echo 360" label.
To directly access Echo360 recordings
- Go to echo360.com/login
- Scroll down then under the 'Echo360 Product Login' and click LOGIN TO ECHO360
- Enter your UNO email address then click SUBMIT
- The first time you login to Echo360 you need to set a password (you only need to do this once), click Forgot your password, reset option
- You may set your password to match your UNO Canvas password if you wish.
- Check your email for an Echo360 password reset, click RESET PASSWORD then follow the prompts.
- Enter your password

Computers, Classrooms, Labs, and Breakout (Study) Rooms

All Mammel Hall classrooms and event spaces have the following technology standards in the rooms:
- Digital projection or displays
- Whole room speakers/sound
- Windows computer
- A whole room microphone system for video/audio conferencing
- Document camera
- Zoom/Teams meeting enabled via the in-room computer
- Digital cameras via the in-room computer for video conferencing
- Laptop connection (HDMI and USB-C)
- UNO Wireless (WiFi) access
- Microsoft Office Suite, and standard CBA Business/Productivity software
MH 213 is an open computer lab available during normal Mammel Hall building hours. A MavCard is required to access the room on weekends. It contains 14 Windows computers with dual monitors, two Windows docking stations, and a MacBook docking station. A WEPA printer is available across the hall in the 214 area.
MH 115 and MH 319 are computer classroom labs scheduled via the campus classrooms scheduling process or by special request to unocbainfo@unomaha.edu

Breakout rooms are smaller spaces for individuals or small groups to study and work on projects. See the Breakout Rooms information page for details on accessing and reserving.
Hallway computer kiosks are available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors (two per floor) of Mammel Hall in the South-West area.
Instructors who need a few extra Windows computers or iPads for a classroom, testing, or a CBA-sponsored event can reserve a Windows laptop or iPad computer cart by filling out the Mammel Hall Computer Cart Reservation request form.
Current UNO students who do not have a computer can check with the UNO campus using the Equipment Checkout - UNO form.
Printing
Mammel Hall has a WEPA print station.
