Charles E. and Gloria Billingsley - Inducted in 2007
The late Charles E. Billingsley began his long career with Union Pacific in 1969 when they hired him to develop a staff to audit all its subsidiaries.
He was named controller of Union Pacific Corp. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1988, and promoted again to vice president in 1989.
Billingsley was involved with many professional organizations, and has been honored for his accomplishments and dedication. In 1995, Union Pacific Corp. dedicated the Charles E. Billingsley boardroom in the UNO College of Business Administration.
Billingsley retired from Union Pacific in 1996. He and his wife, Gloria, then maintained homes in both San Antonio, Texas and Omaha. Gloria now lives in Omaha.
