TJ Hammond is the Director of Talent Development at Chick-fil-A and is responsible for the overall development of human capital. He is passionate about leader development and innovation. As a former resident of Papillion and Chief Learning Officer at USSTRATCOM, Hammond collaborated with UNO CBA to develop the USSTRATCOM Leader Fellowship Program, a 13-week leader development program where DoD civilians engage with the University of Nebraska faculty and staff. Hammond received a Master of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
