UNO Business Students Win 16 State Conference Awards

Eleven students from the University of Nebraska at Omaha Phi Beta Lambda chapter attended the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) State Leadership Conference in Kearney, Nebraska, March 31–April 1.
The UNO PBL students competed against other colleges from across Nebraska, winning 16 awards. The award winners include the following students:
1st Place Financial Services — Chris Dauel, Trevor Koger and Logan Riley
1st Place Retail Management — Zach Vincent
1st Place Sports Management and Marketing — Trevor Koger
2nd Place Accounting Principles — Trevor Koger
2nd Place Information Management — Philip Faughn
2nd Place Global Analysis and Decision Making — Dominika Jedinak
2nd Place Management Concepts — Logan Riley
3rd Place Entrepreneurship Concepts — Philip Faughn
4th Place Business Decision Making — Chris Dauel, Trevor Koger, and Logan Riley
4th Place Contemporary Sports Issues — Chris Dauel
4th Place Management Concepts — Matthew Bahle
4th Place Justice Administration — Noah Kingston
4th Place Public Speaking — Zach Vincent
5th Place Computer Applications — Zach Vincent
5th Place Retail Management — Jon Murray

Several of these students will have the opportunity to compete at the PBL National Leadership Conference this summer in Anaheim, California.
