Every department has students brimming with innovative ideas who don’t always get the support and attention they need. Encourage your students to display their creativity at two inspiring entrepreneurial events this fall:

Breakthrough Weekend | September 29–October 1

BigIdea! Pitch Contest | October 9 & 11

Consider including these events in your syllabus as a class assignment, extra credit opportunity or learning experience.

  • Increase engagement and relevance of classroom learning
  • Encourage students to be innovators in their careers
  • Connect with creative and entrepreneurially minded individuals
  • Bring recognition to innovative students, their departments and UNO

Volunteer
