Why did you choose to attend UNO?
"I was looking for a college that would improve both my hockey and educational skills. I thought UNO was the right place for me."
Have you had a favorite class at UNO? Why was it your favorite?
"Throughout the past four years at UNO, I have had many great classes. Perhaps my favourite class was the Capstone class taught by Mr. Clark. It made me think 'outside the box'."
How has attending UNO CBA helped you to achieve your personal and professional goals?
"I have always believed in my abilities and potential that I can achieve something special in the future. By getting a business degree, I feel I am one step closer to my goal."
What's your dream job? What pursuits or goals do you have for the future?
"To be honest, I have two dream jobs. One is to become a pro hockey player and the second one is to create a successful company that will last for decades."
What parts of your CBA journey are you most proud of?
"When I was studying in the Czech Republic, I always had a hard time learning the second language and I always wondered why. Four years later, I can confidently say that my English is pretty good."
What has been the top highlight of your CBA experience?
"Getting a degree with a almost perfect GPA. I thought it was pretty special. Studying in a second language is not as easy as many people think."
If you could tell someone about UNO CBA, what would you say?
"Never waste a single day of your life. Be grateful for what you have, but never be satisfied!"
And finally, if you could give a message to any prospective students interested in coming to UNO CBA, what would you tell them?
"UNO CBA is a great program that offers many opportunities. If you want to improve your educational skills, UNO CBA is the right choice for you. On the other hand, do not expect that your journey at UNO CBA will be easy."
