Every graduating senior in the CBA will compete for a spot in the Capstone Cup Finals on Friday, April 5, at Mammel Hall. Teams of four students will present to judges from the Omaha community where they will share their ideas for the case study organization, the Omaha Supernovas.
Since 2021, the first round of the Capstone Cup has been modeled after a traditional school science fair. Each team creates a poster sharing their findings and suggestions that guide their presentations. Judges will be given the chance to listen to multiple presentations, critique posters, and ask any burning questions. There is no business competition like this in the state of Nebraska where students are allowed to work with a real-world organization, make connections with business professionals from the community surrounding them, and have the chance to win hundreds of dollars worth of prizes.
Stop by Mammel Hall on April 5 starting at 9:30 A.M. to see the next wave of business graduates share their unique ideas that might just be implemented by Omaha’s first professional volleyball team!
