The Special Education and Communication Disorders department had 130 students who were active in one of the three student organizations. Get involved with one of the student organizations in our department: Allies for Sign Language, Student Council for Exceptional Children or UNO NSSLHA.
Thirteen students were involved in 17 different research projects in 2013.
In the past year, over 150 students participated in a service-learning project through a course in the department of Special Education and Communication Disorders.
