My career is defined by a deep-seated passion for education and leadership, a journey marked by a variety of roles—from classroom teacher to program director. With 19 years of experience in teaching and leadership, including mentoring new teachers and piloting a new school, my focus is on cultivating effective educational strategies, fostering collective efficacy, and empowering leadership. At heart, I’m a true believer in the transformative power of collaboration to unlock the potential of educators and enhance student learning.
