The registration deadline for authors is __________. Submissions that do not have an author registered for the conference by this deadline will be pulled from the proceedings. Panels must have all authors registered for the conference in order to be published in proceedings and programs unless the program committee waives their registrations.

Student Sponsorships
Graduate students are highly encouraged to present papers at the conference. For Ph.D. students who have an accepted paper and are the presenting author, we will provide a 100% rebate on the conference registration. For other graduate students who are either co-authors or attendees at the conference, the MWAIS 2022 conference committee will offer registration scholarships to the tune of 80% of the registration cost.
Please contact a conference committee member as soon as you decide to attend since these registration scholarships will be offered on a first come first serve basis until our budget runs out.
Scholarships for Women
ACM-W provides support for women undergraduate and graduate students in Computer Science and related programs to attend research conferences.
