Call for Posters & Demonstrations Details
On behalf of the ISCRAM 2023 Conference Committee, we take great pleasure in inviting you to submit a proposal for Posters & Demonstrations. We hope to welcome you to the Annual ISCRAM 2023 conference in Omaha, NE (USA). We invite you to showcase your work to a small, focused group of ISCRAM researchers and practitioners while enjoying Omaha hospitality.

- Poster/Demo proposal due: February 20th, 2023
- Poster/Demo decision and notification: March 1, 2023
WHAT and HOW TO SUBMIT?
Authors are invited to submit proposals for posters and/or demonstrations using this template. Proposals will be reviewed by the program committee members for inclusion in the conference. A 500 word extended abstract of accepted posters and demonstrations will be included in the conference proceedings. Please submit your proposals using EasyChair. The "Submit Poster/Demo" butoon on the right of this page will take you to the EasyChair web site. Within EasyChair, please remember to choose "Poster/Demonstration" as the category of submission. (For those unfamiliar with EasyChair, you will need to register and open a free account).
DISPLAY PROCEDURES AT THE CONFERENCE
Once accepted, authors are encouraged to use the following guidelines for their posters.
- Poster size should be 48” x 36” or less.
- The ISCRAM2023 logo should be included on the poster.
- Author(s) name(s), institution(s) and funding source(s) should appear on the poster.
- The title should be properly capitalized with a minimum font size of 80 points.
- The text should be written with a minimum font size of 18 points.
Authors are encouraged to use the poster template provided here.
Poster Boards and/or easels will be provided during the conference to display posters.
For demonstrations, bring your own computing equipment. The conerence organizers upon request will provide monitors for demos.
