The registration deadline for authors is April 15th, 2022. Paper, lightening talks (Big ideas), and extended abstracts (these will convert to poster presentations) that do not have an author registered for the conference will be pulled from the proceedings. Panels must have all authors registered for the conference in order to be published as needed unless the program committee waives their registrations.

Student Sponsorships
Gradute students are highly encouraged to present papers at the conference. For PhD students who have an accepted paper and are the presenting author we will provide a 100% rebate on the conference registration. For other graduate students who are either co-authors or attendees at the conference, the MWAIS 2022 conference committee will offer registration scholarships to the tune of 80% of the registration cost. Please contact a conference commttee member as soon as you decide to attend since these registration scholarships will be offered on a first come first serve basis until our budget runs out.
Scholarships for Women
