Biography
My research aims to investigate how IT investments can be leveraged to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness. I am particularly interested in investigating two key areas: (1) the business value of IT, and (2) the effective adoption and use of IT in organizations. In my research, I employ a combination of quantitative methods and analytical techniques including econometric models, statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, social network analysis, and meta-analysis.
