Ms. Retzlaff spent 23 years in law enforcement with the Omaha Police Department, retiring with the rank of sergeant in 2015. Her police work focused on domestic violence as well as child victim/sexual assault.
She has volunteered her time as a member of the Catholic Charities Behavioral Health Advisory Board, the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council Board, and the Respite Advisory Committee.
