Davidson is a senior researcher at OMNI Institute, a nonprofit research and evaluation firm based out of Denver, Colorado. In her role at OMNI, she manages small and large-scale research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects aimed to improve services provided by nonprofit and governmental agencies. She previously worked as the director of research and quality assurance at Project Harmony, one of the largest child advocacy centers in the country. Prior to those positions, Davidson was an assistant professor in the Criminal Justice Department at East Carolina University (ECU) where she taught undergraduate and graduate criminal justice courses. Since her time at ECU, she has taught numerous online courses as an adjunct instructor.
