Biography
Associate Director of Tribal Management & Emergency Services. Undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and a Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark Law School. Have worked with Tribes on the Federal level, as well as with the Ponca, Omaha, and Winnebago tribes.
