This research aims to help adults of all ages achieve and maintain their cognitive and physical capacity so they can experience independence and high quality of life.
Our ongoing research topics include:
- Historically Underserved & Minority Communities
- Physical Activity & Eating Behaviors
- Sleep & the Built Environment
- Cognitive Performance & Decline
- Gait & Balance
- Technology
