Michele has approximately 25 years of experience working with young people and their families in Nebraska. Michele has worked in a variety of roles within Nebraska advocating for young people and their families. These roles include working with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, the Administrative Office of Courts and Probation, and the Nebraska Mediation Center. Michele’s other passion is for leadership and the development of others. Michele received her master’s degree in management with an emphasis in leadership, with this work Michele is also a Certified Strength’s Coach through Gallup.
With Michele’s background she has been a part of various initiatives in Nebraska, including working on the Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative in Nebraska, various Eyes of the Child Teams, and the development of leadership training.
