Alumni Update
My life has been a whirlwind since I completed by MPA degree. Besides being a wife and a mother to two young girls (currently 10 and 8), I also serve as the City Engineer for the City of Sierra Vista, a community of approximately 50,000 people nestled in the southeast corner of Arizona. I actually got the City Engineer job while finishing my degree, and it is just one of many professional opportunities that the MPA has created for me. On a personal note, I have also been able to set the example for my two girls and show them that the possibilities are endless when you are willing to apply yourself and work hard. They are very proud of their mom!
