Dr. Grace (Seoeun) is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Administration at the University of La Verne. She also serves as an Adjunct Research Fellow in the Digital Governance and Analytics Lab.
Her current research interests include nonprofit and strategic management, nonprofit leadership, collaborative governance, digital technology, and social justice.
