About Natalie
Natalie was born and raised in West Point, Nebraska, and completed her associate's degree at Northeast Community College. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in Spanish and is currently pursuing her master's degree at UNO.
Natalie became a member of UNO's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) team in the fall of 2022 and has held multiple roles in the office, growing in leadership and responsibility.
In her tenure at CAPS, Natalie enjoys meeting with young adult clients, especially those who are navigating relationship dynamics and health. She is trained in working with anxiety and depression, and she frequently uses her trauma-informed skills to collaborate with clients.
Outside of CAPS, she is an award-winning runner, likes lifting, and makes sure to take the time to enjoy a good book.
