UNO Medieval and Renaissance Studies presents the Bayeux Tapestry: A Medieval Graphic Novel featuring Robert Nash on Monday, October 24 at 6 P.M. in Criss Library in the area adjacent to the gallery, 227A.
One of history's most remarkable artifacts, the Bayeux Tapestry tells the story of the Norman conquest of England in the year 1066. The presentation will explore the eleventh-century world in which the tapestry was created, focusing on the colorful people, places, and events depicted in the tapestry.
