Paul Hanstedt on how general education can be designed to address the complex and evolving challenges of our world.
Based on a proven framework, participants will discuss case scenarios involving student and faculty interactions and interact with staff from campus support units such as CAPS, ASC, DASH, and others.
TABS provides full- and part-time faculty (including teaching assistants) an opportunity to assess pedagogical strengths and weaknesses. All assessments are confidential and free. Faculty members who register will receive a one-on-one meeting with a TABS consultant who will provide them with their confidential TABS report.

Meet Francesca Caparas, a Fulbright Alumni Ambassador from De Anza College who will share her experiences as a Fulbright Scholar as well as her insights into the application process.
Join colleagues for three days of focused writing on your chosen project(s). Peer support and writing consultants will be available. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on the 18th and the 20th.
Bring your qualitative data, proposals, manuscripts or other data or work in progress and join a group of like-minded qualitative researchers to spend some dedicated analysis and writing time.
