Additional Information
Jennifer has been with UNO since 1999. She began working in International Admissions and moved to International Student Advising in 2003. She earned a master's degree in Counseling with a concentration in Student Affairs in Higher Education from UNO. Jennifer has worked with thousands of students on immigration matters and a variety of topics related to studying and living in a new country. She visited former students and their families in Japan and Turkey and was inspired by their hospitality, finding it similar to the warmth of her rural, farming hometown community in South Dakota. She is proud that Omaha, Nebraska is increasingly becoming a place where international students can call home.
