Sodexo is the UNO Dining Services & Catering provider.
As you gear up for Spring 2024 events on campus, we're here to ensure your catering experience with UNO Catering Services is seamless and successful.
All catering orders should be placed a minimum of 11 days before your event.
Here are some key tips:
- Plan Ahead: Ensure availability by contacting us at least two weeks prior to your event, especially during busy seasons. Custom menus require additional time.
- Consider Dietary Needs: Our menus include options for various dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.
- Clear Communication: Provide detailed event information to meet your specific requirements.
- Online Ordering: Use our convenient CaterTrax platform for easy mobile ordering. Visit https://unomaha.catertrax.com to get started.
- Menu Options:
- Flavours: For campus events. Spans the simple coffee break to the more elaborate dinner reception offering a variety of chef-inspired foods and flavours.
- Square Tomato: Offers a wide selection of affordable catering options for casual get togethers, meetings and celebrations. This menu is only available for Registered Student Clubs and Organizations (pick up option only). To learn more about this menu and to place orders, please call Catering Services.
- Seasonal Menu Offerings (Located on the Homepage): A seasonal menu with new and innovative menus for receptions and social events.
- Review Policies: Familiarize yourself with our ordering deadlines, cancellation policies, and payment options.
- Confirm Details: Double-check all catering details closer to your event to ensure everything is set for success.
- Feedback Welcome: Share your thoughts at diningsuggestions@unomaha.edu to help us improve.
To place a catering order please go to the online platform, https://unomaha.catertrax.com to view menus, set up an account and order on-line.
As a reminder, all catering orders should be placed a minimum of 11 days before your event.
If an order needs to be placed within 10 days of an event, reach out directly to Catering via email or phone to check availability and options. There is no guarantee that Catering will be able to provide food and beverage service in these situations. If Catering cannot provide services due to notice requirements, the event may have to occur without food and beverage.
An order is not guaranteed until a confirmation is received from the Catertrax system or an email confirmation is returned to an event planner from a Catering Services employee.
