Jerry Parriott is currently the grants financial officer for UNO’s College of Business Administration and the business manager for the Nebraska Business Development Center.

Parriott is also a part-time adjunct instructor for CBA, teaching Principles of Marketing, Operations Management, and a graduate-level course in Project management.

Parriott has previous experience as a business owner and 20 years in the restaurant industry, as an executive regional multi-unit manager in the U.S. and abroad in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Bahrain and Malaysia.
