Omaha, Nebraska –
Veronica Doga, Program Director, NBDC's Nebraska Procurement Technical Assistance Center, recently received the Certified Procurement Professional certification from the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (APTAC).
APTAC's Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) certification sets the standard for achievement in the field of procurement assistance. Developed specifically for government contracting assistance specialists, they are clearly articulated, content-based credentials which signify a specific and extensive knowledge base and skill set, defining procurement assistance as a unique and rigorous profession and recognizing those who have achieved mastery of it.
“As a PTAC consultant, receiving the CPP ensures the competence necessary to provide the most relevant and up to date government contracting information. Fulfilling the CPP requirements provides me with the necessary training to assist Nebraska businesses in their pursuit for government contracting and providing leadership for my team,” said Veronica Doga.
APTAC is the professional organization of and for Defence Logistics Agency-funded Procurement Technical Assistance Programs. APTAC supports the PTACs by providing them important information, professional networking, comprehensive training opportunities and a voice in national government contracting assistance and policy arenas.
