The Davis-Bacon Act requires that contractors pay their laborers a minimum amount depending on their labor classification. Join Chuck Beck from the Nebraska PTAC for an overview of this act and how it relates to your business when contracting.

Our event will begin with a featured presentation from Randy Kissinger from the Nebraska Department of Labor. Randy will provide an overview of the NE Department of Labor and some of the services they provide.
