All students must submit a copy of their measles immunization record.
All new international students must take a tuberculosis test at the Nebraska Medicine – UNO Health Center when they arrive on campus.
Complete the Pre-Enrollment on MavLINK
There are three ways to get to the Immunization Portal:

A pop-up may appear when a student first logs into MavLINK and still has a Health Service Hold.

Click on Pre-Enrollment Health Requirement.

Look for Holds on the right hand side of the MavLINK page.

Click on Holds and then click on Pre-Enrollment Health Requirement.

Look for To-Do List on the right hand side of the MavLINK page.

Click on Pre-Enrollment Health Requirement under the To Do List.

Enter the dates of your immunizations
The form cannot be submitted until the relevant immunization record is attached to the form. However, the form can be saved until a later date when you are ready to attach the relevant immunization record to the form and submit it.

Required of all Students
- A student's immunization record must show proof of two separate MMR shots showing the month, day, and the year it was given OR a copy of a positive rubeola blood (titre) lab test result showing immunity. A copy of this information needs to be submitted.
- Places to look for an immunization record can include any of the following:
- school immunization record from your high school
- previous attended university/college
- health care provider's office
- public health department
- military record
- The record must show the MMR shots to be after a student's first birthday and after January 1, 1968.
- If a student just received an MMR and needs to receive another shot to complete the health requirement, you will need to wait 30 days before receiving your second MMR. The health hold is removed during this time.
- If you were born before January 1, 1957 you do not need to submit records or additional information.
- The MMR vaccine and lab services to perform a rubeola blood titre if needed are available in Health Services with no appointment needed.
