OMAHA – It was a celebration years in the making as more than 1,900 students earned their degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) the weekend of Friday, May 8, and Saturday, May 9.

This year’s events included convocation ceremonies for each of UNO’s six colleges, as well as the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s (UNL) College of Engineering, and an official conferral of degrees by UNO Chancellor John Christensen.
