OMAHA – Journalist and author Gregory Feifer was this year's keynote speaker at the University of Nebraska at Omaha's (UNO) 38th annual Global Studies Conference.
His most recent book "Russians" explains the practical motives behind much of what appears irrational or inexplicable about the country, including the popularity of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
