Physics Fun Planned for Open House

OMAHA – The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) Physics Department invites the public to enjoy a morning of physics fun.
An open house is set for Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to noon at UNO's Durham Science Center.
Visitors will be able to enjoy demonstrations from students, experience a planetarium show, identify sunspots from the rooftop observatory (if weather allows) and explore the Math-Science Learning Center.
Prospective students will be able to learn about becoming a Physics major at UNO.
Free refreshments will be provided.
