Art Gallery’s Fall Calendar Closes with Student Artwork

OMAHA – Painting, 3D and graphic design work by 19 University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) art students will close out the UNO Art Gallery’s Fall 2015 exhibition calendar. Two concurrent exhibits will open Sunday, Nov. 22.
Thesis work by seven graduating seniors from UNO’s Bachelor of Fine Arts program will be on display at the UNO Art Gallery in the Weber Fine Arts Building, while art by 12 Bachelor of Studio Arts seniors will be on display at the Osborne Family Gallery at UNO’s Criss Library.
Opening receptions at both galleries will take place simultaneously on Sunday, Nov. 22, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Following the receptions, both exhibits will be open to the public during normal hours through noon on Saturday, Dec. 19.
UNO Art Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, December 19, or by appointment.
Osborne Family Gallery hours are the same as the UNO Criss Library, which are:
- 7 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday
- 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday
- 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday
- noon to midnight, Sunday
