Jeff Kaipust Named Employee of the Month for March
Jeff Kaipust, a Lab Coordinator in the Biomechanics Research Building, was recently named UNO’s Employee of the Month for March.
The “Prize Patrol” team surprised with the news on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. Jeff was nominated by his peers for his hard work and dedication to the university.
They said, “Jeff genuinely cares about each person who works in the Biomechanics Research Building and the guests who participate as subjects. He makes an effort to greet each person as they arrive and pass his office. When conflict resolution is needed, Jeff is a great mediator.”
They continued, “I have had the privilege of working with Jeff over the last few years as we planned, designed, built, and dedicated the new Biomechanics Research Building. Jeff served as a first point of contact for each of these steps. His determination and hard work made each of these steps seem effortless. Jeff is a very dedicated employee and is well respected by faculty, staff, and students.”
As Employee of the Month, Jeff will receive a certificate, lapel pin, hot/cold tumbler, portrait, monetary award, two tickets to a UNO sporting event (excluding hockey), and use of a designated parking space. Please contact the Office of University Communications (4-2358) for additional details.
