UNO Flag Lowering for Darrell Kellams

The University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered Wednesday, June 1, 2016, for Darrell Kellams, a WWII Veteran and UNO retiree who passed away May 22, 2016. Darrell was 89 years old at the time of his death. Darrell is survived by many family members, including his wife of 68 years, Elizabeth Kellams.

Darrell worked at UNO from September 1, 1965, until his retirement on February 1, 1993. Darrell was a Professor Emeritus in the College of Education.

Former students and fellow faculty members are invited to attend Darrell’s Memorial Service at 2 P.M. Sunday, June 5, 2016, at Morning Star Lutheran Church (331 S. 85th Ave., Omaha, Nebraska 68114).
