The Academic Assessment Committee and the General Education Committee is pleased to announce Assessment Mini-Grants for the 2016-17 academic year.
The following options will be available for full-time faculty members:
- Option A – Course Student Learning Outcome (SLO): $500
- Option B – General Education Course Student Learning Outcome (SLO): $1,000-$2,000
- Option C – Program Assessment Cohort: $2,500-$3,500
- Option D – General Education Program Interdisciplinary Assessment Cohort: $2,500-$3,500
To encourage assessment conversations and peer mentoring on campus, awardees are expected to participate in various assessment-related professional development activities during 2016-2017, submit a brief report of project outcomes in June 2017, and prepare a poster session for assessment event in Fall 2017.
Applications are due November 1, 2016 to Connie Schaffer (cschaffer@unomaha.edu). Awards will be announced by December 1, 2016.
