If you need an official transcript with your Fall 2016 grades, you may order now on MavLINK by selecting “Hold for Grades”, then select the Fall term. This function lets you order your transcript now, but hold your transcript from being sent until all of your Fall 2016 courses have been posted in MavLINK. If you are graduating in December and need an official transcript showing your degree awarded, you can select “Hold for Degree” when ordering your transcript. Once we have posted your degree, your transcripts will be automatically sent out. This is different than requesting a transcript as “Hold for Grades” because even though your grades are posted, your degree may not yet be posted. If you are ordering your transcript after your Fall 2016 grades or degree has been posted, you don’t need to select “Hold for Grades” or “Hold for Degree.” This will just add an extra step that can delay your transcript from being sent out immediately. Before ordering your official transcript, you can check if your grades have been posted on MavLINK’s Academic Tab and if your degree has posted on your unofficial transcript. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to email unoregistrar@unomaha.edu or call 402.554.2314. Our office will be happy to help you. As a reminder, we’re open from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. |
