School of Communication Presents Comedy Night

Jokes and laughter take center stage with Comedy Night at the University of Nebraska at Omaha this Wednesday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m., in the Maverick Den at Milo Bail Student Center.

Five standup comedians, including School of Communication professors Don Bowen and Cameron Logsdon, will be performing. The event also includes comedians Heather James, Nick Allen and Jim K, who have performed all over the Midwest and on the Todd & Tyler show.

“The goal is simple, to make people laugh, and there are all kinds of benefits to laughter,” said Bowen, host of the event.

The event is free and open to the public. Parking is available on Level T in the East Parking garage between 6:15-7:30 p.m.

The Maverick Den will be offering food specials during Comedy Night.
