OMVS Make Your Space Project

The Office of Military and Veteran Services (OMVS) is creating a military-affiliated mural in the Milo Bail Student Center. This week is your last opportunity to share your military-related experiences by submitting pictures of yourself and/or your loved ones in uniform.

Follow These Steps to Submit a Picture



Digital Pictures

  1. Choose your favorite pictures of yourself and/or your loved one in uniform that you would like to share and add a caption if you would like.

  2. Submit your photos to our DropEvent page or you can go to dropevent.com and type in "event33846" or email your pictures to unovets@unomaha.edu with the subject line "Make Your Space Project."

Photographs/Hard Copy Options

  1. Scan and email your picture (follow digital picture instructions after scanning.)

  2. Make a copy of the picture and bring it to the Office of Military and Veteran Services (MBSC 117).

  3. Bring in the original picture(s) and ask one of our office staff members to make a photocopy/scan the picture for you.

Suggestions

  • Submit the highest resolution of photo possible.

  • Include the following in your caption (all optional): name, rank, approximate date and location, and brief description.

  • Pictures can be from any era (i.e. Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Desert Storm, Vietnam War, World War II, etc.)

  • Please make sure your photos are appropriate for a family-friendly space.
