Following Sunday’s tragedy in Las Vegas, the Offices of Academic and Student Affairs and Human Resources would like to remind all members of the Maverick community that there are resources available on campus for anyone who is looking for support or ways to share their thoughts, feelings, and questions.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides services that can assist students with challenges that have impacted their overall wellbeing. A list of these services can be found on the CAPS website.
The Faculty Employee Assistance Program (FEAP) provides confidential counseling and referral services to benefit-eligible faculty and staff and their eligible dependents.
The Community Counseling Clinic is a space for anyone on or off campus to utilize counseling services. The clinic is staffed by graduate students from the College of Education’s Department of Counseling and supervised by licensed departmental faculty.
