Career Tracks is a professional development training and coaching program developed in collaboration with the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and Union Pacific. The Spring 2018 program is geared for selected students that affiliate with the Accessibility Services Center, Dreamer’s Pathway Scholars program, Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, Military & Veteran Services, Multicultural Affairs and/or Project Achieve.
Career Tracks consists of on and off-campus trainings mixed with one-on-one coaching with a Union Pacific professional. Selected students will:
- Attend a half-day kickoff event at Union Pacific on Jan. 26, 2018
- Be paired with a Union Pacific Career Tracks Coach for two required one-on-one meetings (one in Feb; one in March)
- Attend a half-day closing event at Union Pacific in April 2018
