Flag Lowering for Neyda Cantillo

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) flag will be lowered on Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, in memory of UNO staff member Neyda Cantillo.

Neyda passed away on Jan. 2, 2018 and was 82 at the time of her death. Services for Nedya will take place on Friday, Jan. 5.

During her time at UNO, Neyda worked in Custodial Services from 1991 up until her retirement in 2001.

Neyda is survived by her daughters Ana (Ernesto) Cruz, Lucy (John) Kinacaid, Marilyn (Michael) Tosh and many other beloved family members and friends.
